The EASE™ Healing Method
A Spiritual, Energetic, and Body-Aware Approach to Reconnecting with Yourself
EASE healing is the core private healing work offered by Hideki Parreno.
It brings together energy work, agape, somatic de-armoring, euphoria, shared breath, guided movement, mindfulness, and sound within one intuitive process.
The EASE Healing Method was developed by Hideki through years of personal practice and direct training in somatic de-armoring, breathwork, Tantra, QiGong, ecstatic movement, Buddhist teachings, and energy-based practices — much of it studied internationally. His background in engineering, learning-focused work, consulting, and wellness leadership also informs how he teaches, structures, and facilitates this experiential process.
The EASE Healing Method is a broad, integrative healing process with many applications. Historically, The Center of Inspiring Love has offered individual sessions to both men and women. At this stage of the business, The Center of Inspiring Love primarily serves women through mentorship-based private work. Men who genuinely resonate with this work are welcome to inquire.
Rather than telling you what your experience means, EASE invites you to slow down and notice what is happening through your breath, body, emotions, thoughts, movement, and internal responses.
What EASE Stands For
Energy Work
Working with subtle energy through presence, breath, awareness, and movements of the hands above or, when agreed to, lightly on the body.
Agape
Creating a space grounded in unconditional love, non-judgment, respect, and the understanding that you remain the authority on your own experience.
Somatic
De-armoring
Working physically with muscular holding and armoring through pressure and contact, while remaining attentive to the body's responses and the person's experience.
Euphoria
Making space for greater aliveness, connection, expression, pleasure, or ease when those experiences arise naturally — without requiring or promising a particular response.
What Happens During an EASE Healing Session
Every private EASE session follows the same overall healing process, while the specific exercises, pacing, participant response, and closing expression may differ.
1. Consent and Intention
You begin seated with Hideki, review consent, establish an intention, and use an opening affirmation to create a clear beginning for the session.
2. Connection, Breath, and Movement
Hideki guides shared breathing and invites connection through breath and movement. This may begin seated or standing and may include standing exercises, loosening, shaking, or sound. You can respond to each invitation in the way that feels right for you.
3. Energy and Somatic Work
During the energy and somatic work, the physical process moves from standing, through kneeling, to a longer period lying down, where you continue to breathe and notice what arises. The specific exercises and pacing remain responsive to the moment.
4. Reflection and Integration
After the embodied work, you return to a seated position to reflect on what you noticed, ask questions, and explore the difference between a mental answer and a response you can feel within yourself before using a closing affirmation.
You may notice strong sensations or emotions, subtle changes, or very little during a session. There is no experience you are required to have, and no particular response is treated as proof that the session worked or did not work.
How EASE Develops Over Time
The introductory Clarity Session and the private sessions used throughout mentorship share the same core EASE healing process.
What develops over time is the focus, what you notice, and the continuity available around your experience. Within mentorship, observations can be documented and reviewed so changes in awareness, thoughts, choices, behavior, alignment, and misalignment can be recognized.
The familiar structure creates space for you to notice your present experience. The exact session remains intuitive, and no two sessions are required to feel or unfold in the same way.
Consent, Choice, and Scope
EASE healing is collaborative. Hideki may guide the process, but you remain responsible for communicating your needs, boundaries, questions, and feedback.
Possible contact areas and the process are discussed before the session. You may raise a concern, decline a particular area, modify a practice, pause, or end the session at any time.
EASE is responsive to your readiness and participation. No particular sensation, emotional response, or outcome is forced or required. The pace and approach may be adjusted as you communicate what you are experiencing, while the session remains within the EASE method and its physical, energetic, and experiential practices.
The purpose is not to force an interpretation or tell you what your body means. You are invited to notice what resonates with your experience and leave what does not.
EASE is a spiritual, energetic, somatic, and experiential healing practice.
It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.
EASE does not promise that a specific issue will be resolved, that a particular sensation or emotional release will occur, or that one session will create a particular result.
How Does EASE Relate to Energy Healing and Somatic Approaches?
People familiar with energy healing, Reiki, Kundalini-related practices, or neuro-somatic and somatic approaches may recognize overlapping elements in EASE—such as energy awareness, breath, movement, sound, sensation, and physical pressure and contact through somatic de-armoring—but EASE is Hideki's own integrative spiritual, energetic, somatic, and experiential method, not a Reiki treatment, Kundalini practice, or other named modality.
