Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding EASE Healing, the Introductory Clarity Session, and Private Mentorship

These questions explain what the EASE™ Healing Method is, what happens during private sessions, how the one-time Clarity Session works, and what continued support through the Signature Internal Authority Mentorship adds.

Understanding EASE Healing

What is the EASE™ Healing Method?

EASE is the spiritual, energetic, somatic, and experiential healing method developed by Hideki Parreno.

It brings together energy work, agape, somatic awareness, breath, guided movement, reflection, sound, and optional consent-based touch within one intuitive process.

EASE invites you to notice your breath, body, emotions, thoughts, movement, and internal responses without requiring Hideki to define what your experience means.

What does EASE stand for?

EASE stands for:

  • Energy Work
  • Agape
  • Somatic Awareness
  • Euphoria

These elements describe the framework of the method. They do not guarantee a particular sensation, emotional response, energetic event, or result.

What does internal authority mean?

Internal authority means becoming more able to notice your own needs, values, boundaries, intuition, and internal responses when making choices.

Hideki may guide a practice or ask a question, but he does not decide what your experience means or make personal decisions for you.

Do I need to believe in energy work?

No particular belief is required.

Some people connect first through breath, movement, bodily sensation, reflection, or emotion. Others are already comfortable with subtle energy. You are invited to notice your own experience and decide what feels meaningful or useful.

Is EASE Reiki or Kundalini work?

People familiar with Reiki or Kundalini-related practices may recognize energy awareness, hands-above-the-body work, breath, movement, sound, and attention to subtle internal experiences.

EASE is Hideki's own integrative method. It is not presented as a Reiki treatment, and it does not promise or attempt to guarantee a Kundalini awakening.

Is this therapy, coaching, or medical treatment?

No.

EASE and the mentorship are spiritual, energetic, somatic, experiential, and educational. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or substitutes for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

The EASE Session Experience

What happens during a private EASE healing session?

A private session generally begins with consent, an intention, an opening affirmation, and shared breathing.

Hideki may then guide standing breath, gentle movement, loosening, shaking, or sound. During the lying-down portion, you rest on a yoga mat while Hideki works with subtle energy using his hands above your body and, when agreed to, optional light touch.

The session ends with reflection, questions, and a closing affirmation. The overall process remains familiar across sessions, while the exact sequence is guided intuitively.

Can I pause or change a practice?

Yes.

You may ask a question, modify a practice, keep your eyes open, pause, or stop at any time. You are encouraged to communicate your needs, boundaries, and feedback.

What might I feel during a session?

You may notice physical sensations, emotion, movement, sound, stillness, relaxation, energy awareness, or other internal responses.

You may also notice subtle changes or very little. There is no experience you are required to have.

What if I feel nothing?

Feeling little or nothing unusual does not mean you failed or responded incorrectly.

A first session may feel unfamiliar, and every person responds differently. No particular sensation or emotional release is treated as proof that the session worked or did not work.

What if I have a physical limitation or health concern?

Contact Hideki before booking if standing, lying on a yoga mat, guided breathing, movement, or touch may require modification.

EASE is not medical care. Questions about whether a practice is medically appropriate for you should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

The Introductory Clarity Session

What is the Clarity Session?

The Clarity Session is a one-time, one-on-one, two-hour introduction to private EASE healing with Hideki.

It is a complete EASE healing session. What makes it introductory is that you establish an initial focus and baseline, experience the work, ask questions, and consider whether continued mentorship feels appropriate.

Is the Clarity Session different from later EASE sessions?

The core healing process is the same.

Mentorship does not replace EASE with a different method. It adds continuity, session documentation, progress reflection, and ongoing support around what develops across sessions.

Can I book more than one Clarity Session?

The introductory Clarity Session is available once to new private clients.

Individual follow-up EASE sessions are not sold separately. Continued private EASE healing is provided through the Signature Internal Authority Mentorship.

What does the Clarity Session cost?

The full value of the two-hour Clarity Session is $250.

A $50 deposit is paid when you reserve the session. If you complete the Clarity Session without entering mentorship, the remaining $200 balance is invoiced after the session.

Do I have to enter mentorship afterward?

No.

The introductory session may stand alone. If you continue into mentorship, any amount already paid for the Clarity Session is applied according to the mentorship enrollment terms.

Continued Support After the Clarity Session

The introductory Clarity Session is the first step for private EASE healing. Continued support may be available through the three-month Signature Internal Authority Mentorship, but you do not need to decide about mentorship before experiencing the Clarity Session.

What support is available after the Clarity Session?

The Signature Internal Authority Mentorship is a three-month, one-on-one private relationship that continues the core EASE healing process with continuity, session documentation, progress reflection, and responsive support.
