Center of Inspiring Love
Something Feels Off. You Can Feel It — Even If You Can't Explain It.
You are not falling apart. You function. From the outside, things may look fine.
But inside, you can feel a gap between the life you are living and the life you know is possible. It may appear as the same tension with different people, the same hesitation around important decisions, or the same emotional pattern returning in different circumstances.
The Center of Inspiring Love is an Atlanta-based community and personal transformation practice founded by Hideki Parreno, creator of the EASE™ Healing Method.
Hideki's private work is centered on women who have already tried to understand what is happening but still sense that something deeper has not shifted.
The first private step is the Clarity Session: a one-time introduction where you experience a complete private EASE healing session and have space to decide what, if anything, feels appropriate next.

What Inspiring Love Can Mean
Love does not have one required language or one expression. It may mean learning to meet yourself with more honesty, practicing care in the middle of ordinary life, setting a boundary, becoming more present with another person, or allowing a new possibility to be seen.
The Center of Inspiring Love is a place to pause, receive encouragement, and take the next step that fits where you are. You may be looking for a little more inspiration in daily life, a practice you can return to, a community where meaningful connection is possible, or more focused personal support when you are ready for it.
Hideki created this center from his own experience of being changed by people whose presence, conversations, and way of living helped him recognize what he could not yet see for himself. Today, he shares that same spirit of connection through community experiences, practices, and private work—sometimes helping directly, and sometimes helping someone find the person or resource that is a better fit.
You do not have to arrive with the right words or a defined problem. Begin with what is drawing your attention, notice what resonates, and choose whether a small step, a community experience, or focused private support is right for you now.
Two Ways to Begin
Explore Private Support
This path may be for you if something keeps repeating in your relationships, decisions, emotional responses, or sense of self — even after therapy, coaching, meditation, self-help, or significant personal growth.
The Clarity Session is your one-time introduction to private EASE healing. It is a complete two-hour session where we establish an initial focus, experience the work together, answer your questions, and create space to notice whether this work feels appropriate for you.
The session is not therapy, medical treatment, or a pressure-based sales call. It can stand on its own.

Join the Community
If you are looking for connection, belonging, and shared practice, the community path may be right for you.
We host gatherings, workshops, and group experiences that may include mindfulness, breathwork, conscious movement, sound, energy awareness, and personal reflection.
You do not need to be ready for private work. You can begin by attending an experience, meeting the community, and seeing what resonates.

Why Hideki Created This Work
Hideki Parreno created the Center of Inspiring Love from his own healing journey. Throughout different stages of his life, he had to face patterns of pain, self-abandonment, disconnection, and confusion about what love required of him.
He did not begin by trying to create a method. He was trying to understand what he was experiencing and find a way to heal. Through study, training, personal practice, and direct experience, he explored different approaches and noticed what helped him reconnect with his body, emotions, energy, choices, and internal authority.
Over time, he learned how different practices could work together and which approaches supported meaningful change for him. That process eventually became the foundation of the EASE™ Healing Method.
This is spiritual and experiential work. It does not require you to adopt a particular belief. You are invited to notice your own experience, communicate your boundaries, and decide what feels true and useful for you.
You do not have to understand everything before taking a first step. If you recognized yourself here, you can learn how EASE healing works, explore the one-time introductory Clarity Session, ask a private question, or join a community experience.
