Community Experiences
Connect, Practice, and Grow — Together
The community side of the Center of Inspiring Love is a welcoming space for connection, shared practice, and personal growth.
Community experiences are open to everyone. You do not need prior experience, and joining an event does not commit you to private work.

Ways to Participate
Gatherings & Shared Practices
Local gatherings and shared practices centered on presence, connection, belonging, breath, gentle movement, and personal exploration. Experiences may include Qigong, meditation, breathwork, reflection, conversation, or other ways of practicing together.
Workshops & Personal Exploration
Structured group experiences that support mindfulness, breath awareness, energy sensitivity, embodied presence, conscious movement, reflection, and self-growth. Topics and formats may change as new experiences are added.
Dance & Social Connection
Partner dancing and movement experiences that bring people together through music, connection, play, and shared enjoyment.
Bring an Experience to Your Community
Are you a residential community, yoga instructor, local studio, organization, or community leader interested in bringing an experience to your people? Center of Inspiring Love offers Qigong, partner dancing, breathwork, movement, workshops, and other shared experiences that can be adapted for your community or developed collaboratively.
Self-Guided Experiences
Some experiences are available whenever you need a quiet way to reconnect with yourself. Love-Led Meditations offer guided practices you can listen to on your own, return to over time, and share with someone who may be having a difficult day.

What to Expect
Come as you are. Experiences vary by event, but may include conversation, guided breathing, sound, gentle movement, reflection, or other shared practices. You are always invited to participate at your own pace.
These community offerings support connection and personal exploration. They are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
Looking for Private, One-on-One Support?
Community experiences are separate from Hideki's private EASE healing work. If you are a woman interested in exploring recurring patterns, reconnecting with your body, and strengthening trust in your own internal guidance, you can learn about the EASE Healing Method and its one-time introductory Clarity Session.

Start with the Experience That Feels Right
You are welcome to begin with a community gathering, choose a workshop that interests you, explore a self-guided meditation, or reach out with a question before deciding.
