Behind the Center of Inspiring Love

The Center of Inspiring Love was built from lived transformation — not theory, not tradition, and not a desire to fix anyone.

It exists as a grounded space where people reconnect with themselves through honesty, structure, and authentic presence. It is both a community for connection and belonging, and a professional practice focused on emotional awareness, nervous system understanding, and integrative personal support through difficult life experiences.

Hideki Parreno

I am the founder of the Center of Inspiring Love and the creator of the EASE™ Healing Method.

There was a period in my life when I believed love meant enduring pain. I thought that if I could stay calm and tolerant, even in the face of abuse, I was practicing unconditional love. A mentor helped me see that love without self-love is self-abandonment.

Leaving that relationship changed how I understood love, truth, and responsibility. It also showed me something I had not been able to see from inside the pattern: my beliefs — not my choices — had been running my life.

I spent years after that studying the mechanics of how this works. Through somatic de-armoring, Tantra, QiGong, breathwork, ecstatic movement, and contemplative practices — much of it studied internationally with practitioners whose work is still largely unfamiliar in the US wellness space — I began to understand that human experiences affect us across multiple layers simultaneously.

Thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, physical tension patterns, subconscious beliefs, energetic states, and behavioral habits are all connected.

What I discovered was that people often spend years trying to resolve emotional, behavioral, mental, and stress-related struggles separately without realizing how interconnected those layers actually are.

Because human experiences affect multiple layers simultaneously, I began developing a more integrative process designed to work through those layers together rather than isolating only one aspect of the experience at a time.

Prior to founding the Center of Inspiring Love, I spent over two decades working within a Fortune 500 company in information technology and learning-focused roles, while also contributing to wellness and community support initiatives within employee resource groups focused on emotional well-being and resilience.

That discovery became the EASE™ Healing Method. And the Center of Inspiring Love became the home for it.

What I Do

I work one-on-one with people who keep repeating the same patterns despite years of self-awareness work — the same relationship dynamics, the same decision paralysis, the same self-abandonment.

I help them identify how those patterns are operating across the body, emotions, nervous system, subconscious beliefs, and behaviors — and begin understanding the deeper conditioning driving them.

This work is delivered through the Signature Internal Authority Mentorship — a three-month, one-on-one process. The first step is a private Clarity Session.

The Community

Alongside my professional practice, the Center of Inspiring Love hosts community gatherings, workshops, and shared experiences that support connection, belonging, and personal growth. These events are open to everyone — no experience or commitment required.

At its core, the Center of Inspiring Love exists to help people reconnect not only to themselves, but to a more honest, loving, and conscious way of living.
