Burnout, Stress, and Reconnection
From Burnout to Balance.
Rest may help, yet something still feels depleted. You may be functioning while feeling disconnected from your energy, purpose, emotions, or ability to hear what you need.
Burnout can become more than tiredness. It can feel like living at a distance from yourself.

When Burnout Goes Deeper
Energy Does Not Fully Return
You rest or take time away, but the underlying depletion remains.
Your Body Stays Activated
Your mind may understand that you are safe while your body remains tense, braced, restless, or shut down.
Direction Becomes Difficult
When everything feels urgent, it can become harder to recognize what is truly important or aligned.
Balance Is More Than Doing Less
Practical rest and changes to workload can matter. EASE addresses a different question: what does your embodied experience reveal when you slow down enough to notice it?
The work creates room for breath, sensation, movement, emotion, energy, and reflection. It can support awareness and reconnection, but it does not diagnose or treat burnout, replace healthcare, or guarantee nervous-system regulation.
How EASE Supports Reconnection
EASE includes energy work, agape, somatic de-armoring, euphoria, breath, movement, mindfulness, sound. The sequence and intensity vary.
You are invited to recognize your patterns, boundaries, energy, and needs—not to push through another performance of wellness.
Begin With a Clarity Session
The Clarity Session is a private, one-on-one, two-hour introductory EASE Healing session with Hideki. We explore what has been happening, experience the work together.
The session stands on its own. You can ask questions, communicate your needs, pause a practice, or end the session at any time.
The Clarity Session page explains the complete session, pricing, and booking information.
Scope of This Work
EASE is complementary spiritual, energetic, somatic, and experiential personal-development work. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed professional care.
