Signature Internal Authority Mentorship
Continued One-on-One EASE Healing with Structure, Documentation, and Progress Reflection
You may have read the books, tried therapy or coaching, practiced meditation, journaled, reflected, and worked hard to understand yourself.
You may recognize the relationship dynamic, hesitation, boundary, emotional response, or internal conflict that keeps returning.
The Signature Internal Authority Mentorship is for women who want to continue private EASE™ healing within a structured three-month relationship, rather than trying to interpret each experience alone.
The purpose is to create continuity so you can notice your internal responses, recognize alignment and misalignment earlier, and observe how awareness, thoughts, choices, and behavior may develop over time.

What Mentorship Adds
Mentorship continues the same core EASE healing process introduced during the Clarity Session.
Mentorship adds the structure needed to follow what emerges across multiple sessions instead of treating each experience as an isolated event.
Continuity
Sessions remain connected to your focus, questions, observations, and what has been developing between meetings.
Session Documentation
Relevant observations can be recorded so recurring themes and meaningful changes are easier to recognize over time.
Progress Reflection
Approximately every three weeks, you and Hideki pause to review what you have noticed in your awareness, thoughts, choices, behavior, alignment, and misalignment.
Responsive Support
When additional work is appropriate and included within the mentorship terms, the session rhythm may be adjusted rather than waiting for the next ordinary meeting.
What You May Begin to Notice
Earlier Recognition
You may begin noticing tension, hesitation, self-abandonment, overextension, or internal conflict earlier than you did before.
Clearer Alignment
You may become more aware of what supports your values, needs, boundaries, and sense of internal truth — and what does not.
More Conscious Choices
Greater awareness may create more space between an automatic response and the choice you make next.
Greater Self-Trust
Over time, you may feel more able to listen to your internal responses and decide what feels appropriate for you.
These are possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Every person and every mentorship unfolds differently.
How the Mentorship Works
Duration: 3 months
Format: One-on-one private mentorship with Hideki Parreno
Core Sessions: Private 2-hour EASE healing sessions
Frequency: Generally weekly, with additional support only when appropriate and included under the mentorship terms
Progress Reflection: Approximately every 3 weeks
Continuity: Session documentation and review of relevant observations over time
Capacity: Maximum of 8 active mentorship clients at a time
Investment: $10,321
The exact session sequence remains intuitive. The structure belongs around the ongoing relationship, documentation, and progress reflection — not around forcing every session to produce a predetermined experience.
Begin with the Introductory Clarity Session
New private clients begin with a one-time, one-on-one Clarity Session.
The Clarity Session is a complete two-hour EASE healing session. It gives you a direct experience of the work, establishes an initial focus and baseline, gives you space to ask questions, and helps you consider whether continued mentorship feels appropriate.
The introductory session may stand alone. You are not required to enter mentorship afterward.
Full Clarity Session value: $250
Deposit required to reserve: $50
If you complete the Clarity Session without entering mentorship, the remaining $200 balance is invoiced after the session.
If you enroll in mentorship, any amount already paid for the Clarity Session is applied according to the mentorship enrollment terms.
No assessment is required before booking.
Who This Mentorship May Be For
This mentorship may be appropriate if:
- You are a woman who has done meaningful inner work and still notices recurring patterns
- You want continued private EASE healing rather than unrelated one-time sessions
- You are willing to notice, reflect on, and communicate what develops between sessions
- You want structure and continuity while remaining responsible for your own choices and boundaries
- You have the time, emotional readiness, and financial capacity for a three-month commitment
When This Mentorship Is Not the Right Fit
This mentorship is not designed for someone who:
- Is seeking ongoing individual EASE sessions without participating in the mentorship structure
- Wants Hideki to make personal decisions or provide certainty about what an experience means
- Is unwilling to communicate boundaries, questions, or relevant feedback
- Is seeking psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or immediate clinical support
- Needs a guaranteed result or fixed timeline for a particular change
Consent, Responsibility, and Scope
The mentorship is spiritual, energetic, somatic, experiential, and educational. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.
You remain responsible for communicating your needs, boundaries, questions, and feedback. Before each EASE session, your intention and the session process are discussed. You may raise a concern, decline a particular area, modify a practice, pause, or end the session at any time.
Session documentation supports continuity and reflection within the mentorship. It is not a clinical diagnosis or medical record.
Still Have Questions?
A three-month mentorship is a meaningful commitment. You deserve to understand the EASE method, the introductory session, the program structure, and the financial commitment before deciding.

Start with One Session, Not a Three-Month Decision
You do not need to commit to mentorship before experiencing the work.
Begin with the one-time introductory Clarity Session, receive a complete private EASE healing session, and decide afterward whether continued mentorship feels aligned.
