Clarity Session Preparation

Before your session, take a few minutes to reflect on the questions below.

This is not about having the right answers.

It simply helps bring clarity to what you’re experiencing so when we meet, we can focus on what matters most and go deeper, more efficiently.

You can answer briefly or in as much detail as feels natural.

Why This Matters

Most people come into this work with a sense that something feels off, but without a clear understanding of why.

These reflections help begin identifying the patterns behind what you’re experiencing, so we are not starting from the surface.

After you submit, you’ll receive a brief summary based on what you shared, highlighting what stands out and where patterns may be forming.

During the session, we go deeper into this together, clarifying what is actually happening and working with it directly in a more precise and personal way.

These questions may feel familiar in some ways, but the intention here is different.

We are not gathering information to analyze or label what you’re experiencing. We’re using it to begin seeing the pattern beneath it, so when we meet, we can work directly with what is actually happening rather than staying at the surface.

A Few Reflections Before We Meet

Some questions may feel easy to answer. Others may feel less clear.

That is completely okay.

This form is simply a starting point for the session, not a test, not an application, and not something you need to get perfect.

You’ll receive a confirmation after submitting. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Take one slow breath before you submit.

There is nothing you need to figure out before the session.

This is simply where we begin.
