At the heart of our work is a deep respect for your journey and our shared commitment to integrity, presence, and mutual care. To honor the time, energy, and sacred container we co-create, we offer the following guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and session validity:

Single Sessions

• Non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling must be discussed directly with the practitioner and is not guaranteed.

• No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Multiple Session Packages

• Eligible for a full refund if no sessions have been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

• Once any session is used, the package becomes non-refundable.

• Session validity:

  • 3 sessions are valid for 1 month

  • 6 sessions are valid for 2 months

  • 30 sessions are valid for 10 months

• It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions within the validity period. Unused sessions beyond that timeframe will be forfeited.
